3. Custom & Embroidered Orders

3.1 Personalized Items: Embroidered shirts or customized merchandise may enter production quickly. If your order has already been personalized, partial or full cancellations might not be possible.
3.2 Production Stage: Once the embroidery process begins, we invest time and materials, making cancellation unfeasible. If we have not yet started production, we will happily cancel and provide a refund according to this policy.


4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

4.1 Refund Method: Once a cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4.2 Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
4.3 Partial Refunds: If production has partially begun or materials have been purchased specifically for your order, we may only provide a partial refund. We will communicate any deductions clearly before processing the cancellation.


5. Orders in Transit

5.1 Shipped Orders: If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for guidance on returning eligible items.
5.2 Refusal of Delivery: Refusing delivery of a shipped package does not automatically result in cancellation or a refund. Please contact us first if you need to return an order that’s already en route.
