  • Business Days: Processing does not occur on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or major U.S. holidays.
  • Embroidered Apparel: Please note that some items may require additional time for custom embroidery, but we will inform you if any delays are expected.

2. Shipping Times

  • Shipping Window: Once your order has completed processing, items usually ship within 7 to 15 business days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
  • Potential Delays: While we aim to meet stated shipping windows, factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays) may affect your delivery date.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $199.
  • Flat Rate: For orders totaling under $199, a $7.99 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Handling Charges: We currently do not apply any additional handling fees beyond the stated shipping charges.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

To provide reliable and efficient service, we partner with the following carriers:

We select the best carrier for your order based on factors such as size, weight, and destination. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
